I run PO191 to get a list of deleted purchase orders. However, I do not have a way to look at history of PO numbers that are deleted. I need to see what items were on the PO that was deleted.
How can I view detail about a deleted PO? How can I see the PO lines and the source (in DrillAround)?

For deletes, the audit table (POAUDIT) only shows that a PO has been deleted or a PO line has been deleted on an existing PO. It doesn't capture line detail for deleted POs or the detail if just a PO line is deleted. And it doesn't even capture you how many lines existed on a deleted PO. Our policy is to cancel POs and PO lines rather than delete.

Is it Possible to still be able to review PO Lines in PO63.1, once a PO has been deleted using PO20.1. We experience this issue today. I ran PO191 and the audit report showed the PO Was deleted, but when viewing the Item in PO63.1 the PO still shows Open not Recev.

Our experience is the same as Jon's - I've never seen the PO stay on PO63. We have a test server and depending on the date of the PO and date of deletion, or pull from our data warehouse before the refresh happens - but that's about it.
