Immediate Allotment on New Hire (being ignored)

    On our Floating Holiday Plan, we don't have a waiting period set up but the allotment is not happening in the month of hire.  It is instead giving the next month as the start of the pro-rated allotment.  Employees should get an allotment for the month in which they start, regardless of the date.   So, a January hire is getting the accrual for February-June and not January-June (our plan year ends June 30).  It is an annual of 80 hours or 6.67 per month...

    We have no waiting period on the 'Allotment Wait' tab.

    The unit is in years, annual and the Allotment is Independent of the Accrual tables and Eligibility.

     

    Any ideas?
