ACA questions - BN990/BN991 issues

    I have a few issues on my BN990 and BN991 reports that I cannot figure out how to fix.

    1. Cobra file has a few employees that do not show 1G.  I get an error "No changes; term employee processed" on the BN991 report.  Employees are on BN70 and enrolled on BN71.  Some are ok but others are missing the code.
    2. I had to enter someone manaully as a resource on BN95.  She has dependents so I added them to BN95.2.  When I run the BN297 she is there but her dependents don't show up.  I have someone else that I set up the same exact way and his dependents showed up ok on BN297.
    3. Employees have a 2B safe harbor but they are missing their offer code.  They waived coverage so they should have a 1E offer code.
    4. Employees have 1H offer code and the safe harbor code is missing.  They were casual so the code should be 2B.

    I'm not getting a response from Infor.  Can anyone assist please?
